This kit is now available to ship! Retail is usually $1179.99 but we are able to offer a $100. discount through August 31st!

The SS Silverado and Denali already have an opening in the lower bumper/valance area so the intercooler can tuck in there. But the stock Tahoe/Suburban/pickups will need a new lower valance with an opening for the intercooler.

Given that the air was around 74*F and at a PR of 1 .95 (14psi) then your compressor outlet temp was probably pushing 250*F. At the end of the run you said it was around 107*F. That yeilds an intercooler efficiency of about 81%. Not bad. I'm sure the long run of aluminum tubing helps disipate some of the heat too.

Was this with or without alky?

Without Alky..

At 13-14psi we were measuring 210-230deg IATs before we installed the FMIC. I believe the temp was in the high 70s durring that time.

Cool beans. If I had an STS I'd jump on this like a fat kid on a donut.

Chasey Lain! HA! I just noticed that! Have you listened to the Blood hound gang's song about her?

The price listed is for the intercooler package only. It doesn't include the turbo kit.

The kit includes all piping, clamps and silicone to connect to standard STS kit.

They say it's really hard to get it 15 degrees above ambient temp so it sounds like this will work very well!

This says NOTHING about an intercooler. See why one would need to clarify?!
