Pricing will be about $1149.99.

The kit includes all piping, clamps and silicone to connect to standard STS kit.

They say it's really hard to get it 15 degrees above ambient temp so it sounds like this will work very well!

I can attest to that. With mine and 13-14psi I would go from 82deg to 107deg after a 0-95mph WOT run then it would drop back to low 80s within less than 30-40sec of driving.

Its about time. It looks like it will hang down below the valance which definitly won't be a good thing for lowered trucks.

It looks like it will actually be blocked by the factory chevy air dam. The GMC air dam will work...kinda.

The GMC air damn looks like it blocks efficiency but it really doesn't. I could only measure a 1-2deg difference with it on or off and even that was questionable since conditions were not scientific. The Chevy one may be worse but you could always open the airdamn up and put some custom screen material over the hole. I was gonna do it on my GMC and it looked pretty easy but I ended up not needing to.

Hmmm...very interesting info.

When you saw those low 80*F IATs what was the ambient temp? Was that at a dead stop in traffic, or where you moving along?

Ambient was 72-76deg or so (been awhile so I can't remember exactly). Just cruising around stoplight to stoplight I saw those temps. Sitting at a light didn't really change it much at all. I'm sure if I sat at a light for a few minutes then it may raise higher but standard stoplights didn't have much of an effect.

The part I found most interesting was how quickly the IATs would drop after a full pass. I mean you could make back to back passes at the track and probably wouldn't have a problem unless it was REALLY hot like well over 90deg and technically you shouldn't be doing back to back passes in that heat anyway

On my truck I would make a pass at the track in normal 80deg weather and when I get back to the staging lanes I would feel the IC and only a corner of it was warm, the other 3/4 was cool to the touch, like it wasn't even breaking a sweat. I usually see import guys with ice melting off their ICs but I would spray mine with water and the water wouldn't even evaporate fast. LOL
