On mine the green wire was for the optional electronic boost controller(EBC).

I'll get some pics for you, what do you all need?

Wastegate is mounted on the pipe going to the turbo, where the flange is. The old style dumped to the outpipe on the back of the turbo, the mounting position had problems with condensation running down into the wastegate's cap and freezing the rubber diaphram, overboosting is he result. The new pipe dumps to atmosphere.
If you need to know where to get your boost reference signal from, use the nipple on the passenger side if the intake manifold. It's toward the back, you need to snip off the tip of it to install the hose. This location works better than the scroll of the turbo housing.

Cool

The green wire is a spare wire run to get power back to some optional equipment mounted at the rear such as an electronic boost control as mentioned by SRT10KLLR. It is in the harness but not hooked up to anything at either end. It is there for you to use if you need it.
The PCV solenoid has the red wire(s) run to the TB side of the hoobs switch but it does not really matter which side you run them to. The brown wire from the harness ( maybe blue on some kits?) is run to the other side of the hoobs switch and the short brown wire is run from the hoobs switch, same side as the other brown wire, to the stud on the body of the solenoid. The black wire from the harness is run to the base of the solenoid and held on by the bolt you use to mount the solenoid. This ground wire is very important and the solenoid will not operate if the base is not grounded.
TG02Z71 has you on the wastegate.
Any problems?
Good luck.

I ran in to way too many problems with the install, So wheni got up this morning we took all of it off and welded my magnaflow back up.

Problems like this,,,,

The only peice of pipe i could find was on my buddies stock exhaust off his new CBR600F4i.... . We cut it and made all that pipeing connect.

one other problem i have is when everything is bolted up and ready to go.. the exhaust outlet of the turbo is not lining up to go over the axle, its pointing toward the top of the rear DIff. I would have to get some more pipe just to put my muffler on it and then it would be a tight fit with the muffler above the axle.

I dont see how you guys have all this rigged up.

Can someone give me pics of their turbo, and the muffler behind it? clearances?

we finally called it quits at 4:30am, so i got up at 8am and took everything off and now im ready to go.

This almost seems like its way too much trouble..... it made me so mad last night.

That thing circled in blue just vents to atmosphere. DO NOT connect it to anything! Especially the intake manifold or Turbo scroll. It will cause severe overboosting. Sounds like your have a riot with the install.
Keep pluggin away, it WILL be worth it.

Give Billy at TRT a call. He can get you any instructions you need and can answer any questions you may have. Trust what everyone says, when you get it running and tuned you won't be able to wipe the grin off your face.
