Default Injector size

I am getting ready to install a whipple 2.9 on my 2009 Sierra Denali with the 6.2L (L92) motor. The truck has the E85 fuel pump and injectors which I believe are 52# from the factory. I'm wanting to know if I need to replace my injectors or upgrade the fuel pump at all if I decided to go upwards of 10psi of boost and not run into any fueling problems. Anyone have any input?

Okay I believe Ive got the injector size needed for my power needs nailed down. According to Texas speed they say to run 63 lb. Bosch LS3/LS7
These fuel injectors are a direct drop-in for LS3 & LS7 vehicles. The 63 lb./hr. rating is at 43.5 psi (3 bar).

The only thing I am needing info on is which direction to go on a drop in fuel pump. Preferably one that is a direct replacement high output that doesn't need any retro fit in the fuel tank of my Sierra.

It's hard to guess power based on boost when every motor can be different. If you are shooting for above 500-550whp, then yeah you will want a larger fuel pump as that is about the upper limit of the stock FF pump.

I'd ask texas speed if the injectors they sell come with good injector data for tuning. If they don't offer data then you'll either have to find it or buy injectors that come with data. Deatchwerks and ID's both come with data when you buy them.

I'm aiming for around 650whp. I'll talk to Texas speed about there injector data. Still trying to find the right path to go on the high output fuel pump, it's about the last piece for my FI build.

For 700rwhp on e85 youll need about 730lb/hr worth of fuel, so you need to be looking at 96lb/hr @4bar injectors. FIC sells some bosch 96s that are good.

A walbro450 combined in parallel with your FF pump should be good enough.

I won't be able to run E85 because we don't have it here in Alaska. So I will be running 91 octane.

Oh I saw e85 and didn't read the whole thing haha.

For gas at 700rwhp youll want 60-65lb/hr@4bar. A single walbro450 should handle this just fine.

Yea that would be fine (63lb@3bar). FIC is fuel injector connection.

As for the fuel pump, the WALBRO 450 LPH F90000274 E85 pump, is that a direct drop in replacement for the stock fuel pump in my trucks fuel tank? No modifications necessary?
