Default Injector controler question

Whats going on guys.

Ive got a colorado with I5 I am wanting to turbocharge. Im doing a little research right now and it seems that a seperate injector/injectors is gona be the only way to get more fuel.

Questions:
1. Would it be best to use 1 large injector or 2 smaller ones?
2. What is a good Injector controler kit? I have seen so many I have no clue.
3. How do you tune in the duty cycle? Use a AFR guage? Sorry if that sounds stupid, Im looking to get around 7-8psi of boost and maybe 300-340+rwhp
Should be good for 12's with slicks

I'm thinking you might be a candidate for a Megasquirt. It's a add on computer that can control any injectors you'd want to run. For 340rwhp you could easily get away with 5 regular injectors. The Megasquirt can control either a high Z injector which can be had up to 75 lbs/hr or low z injectors which can be had well over 100 lbs/hr.

If you wanted to just run around 340rwhp you could probably get away with 5 42lb/hr SVO injectors if you're fuel pressure is 58psi like the full size trucks.

Do you know what your fuel pressure is and what size your stock injectors are?

So in summary.

1. Single injector will be easiest. Do you know what type of injector you have? What do the injector wiring harness clips look like, either of the ones below?

2. Megasquirt would work.

3. Megasquirt has a wideband option where you just set what A/F ratio you want and it takes care of the rest.

the mega does not use the maf. it is speed density and uses input from some sensors to calculate the fuel needs. it looks at IAT's, rpm, manifold presure. it also looks at coolant temp for warm up enrichment.

the 02's are only used for close loop adjusments. you dont have to run any 02's if you dont want to but it would be good to at least have a wideband in there for tuning.
