if you want idlers, PM joe @ left coast. The metco's WILL NOT last, Joe has a line on some with a double row bearing that will stand up to the RPM.

I bet its your belt, got a bar of ivory soap? (god thats old school)

Hmm, I have used the soap trick before on something else. The squeak is not belt squeal, it is a rhythmic sound that increases with rpm until it is warmed up. Never did it before!
I will give Joe a shout on the pulleys, thanks!

I am submitting an order for some more pulley's tomorrow. Let me know if you need some. It is a shouldered smooth idler pulley and uses the Magnuson pulley spacers.

Don't you have a package with the tensioner and idlers?

I have a full 8 groove pulley setup that works great with the new Tension.

True, however I have yet to see a HUGE advantage to running a larger idler on the trucks. The style you have would work perfect.

What about Metco 90mm double bearing pulleys?

This billet idler pulley is specifically designed for severe-duty applications, such as those running higher boost levels or aftermarket superchargers like a Whipple or a Kenne-Bell.

The pulley is machined to accept twin bearings to provide added stability and the ability to withstand excessive belt loads. The pulley is hard-coat anodized in black and includes a separate bearing dust cover and stainless steel fastener.

This pulley can be installed as a direct replacement for an OEM idler pulley or anywhere a standard Metco Motorsports idler pulley can be installed. Also available in 100mm diameter.
