just wanting to help control the heat pump...if I remember correctly it has 28gph of meth being injected behind the throttle body. the tune in it blows, so I've never logged long enough to see what the IAT does at WOT.

I wonder if you pump/lines are hooked up correctly. The flow of fluid should go

Tank
Pump (which should be gravity feed bt tank, those pumps are pushers not suckers)
Heat exchanger up front of radiator
Supercharger
Tank

i do plan to check the fluid flow direction. been messing with the s10 too much to even look at the Camaro.

as for the pump...it sounds like a water fall behind my seat when i key on. that pump moves a ton of fluid!

It might be moving tooo much. Meaning not staying in the heat exchangers long enough to cool anything. i wonder if those KB units act differently than a TVS.

Also if i remember correctly your IAT sensor is in the tube behind the TB?

no I haven't found the IAT sensor yet. I believe it is below one of the runners somewhere. KB wants me to pay $50 for an install guide. **** them in their ***.
