to feel the inside texture. Now that there is a 90mm hole I can fit my whole hand in there. On the 180deg radius there was a noticable sharp ridge.
I just couldn't leave it alone so I started sanding......which lead to more sanding..........which lead to more sanding.........LOL.........now I'm in the middle of another project. I doubt I will polish the inside of the J-Tube but I will definitely knock down the peaks to promote better flow

 

Only you would stick your hand in a J-tube to feel the "inside texture" You crack me up Grippy.

Grippy I bet you get sidetracked during sex. "Oooh...ahhh...oooo...heeeey, you know with a little bit 200 grit I could probably do something with that small rough spot you got there hunny!"

 

I did the same thing. Use the mother's powerball for finishing with Al polish. i used a 3 stone honing device on the end of a drill to knock down the rough stuff. Worked well.
