Today is a very good day. It appears that the LS2 TB fixed the issue. it seemed to be a problem with the air entering as I had assumed. I went WOT several times, and never got REP the whole evening. I will be taking it to the track tomorrow and hopefully posting a respectable time.

Glad to hear its working!
I see what you mean in your log about the TB starting to close .2 sec prior to going into REP. It gets down to 86.3%. If you were still full on the pedal that would definitely trigger REP. It was not a blade hitting the stop issue.
I would think that airflow has the least effect on the TB blade at WOT though, with air flowing pretty evenly across both sides of the blade. The primary force the throttle motor is fighting at WOT is the return spring. The TAC module is able to provide 6 amps continuous, so this should not be an issue. If you have tried to move the blade by hand when it is active, you know how much pressure on the blade = 6 amps.
Could be a weak throttle motor as you have suggested or a voltage issue. The throttle motor runs off battery voltage. Did you ever log GM.VOLTS?

Well I took it to the track last night. I ran 3 runs. 2 of the runs it went into REP, and the first run I ran 12.5@108 hitting the rev limiter 2 times. I'm going to try and log voltage today after work. Really thinking about the turbo route if this can't be figured out.
