The 112HH and the 112 do not have much of any visible differences on the out side.

When I ordered mine I ordered a standerd 112. But I belive the box said 112hh on it.
Another thing that makes me believe this is my truck ran lean after the blower install with the standard radix tune.

Wont the HH make maore boost for a given pulley with less heat?

put the two next to each other with the same pulley and they will both make the same boost. The MP112HH is just more efficient in the top of the boost map....where the MP112 drops off.
