HP S480 15psi
So limited to a 2 bar with the current OS if I want flex fuel capability. Planning on going with a Holley down the road but for this year I’m just going to have the truck tuned to its full capabilities. Curious what you guys think the setup will make on 15 psi ish based off your own experiences/combos. I don’t care about dyno numbers but I am curious since this is my first boost application. Thanks.

80/83 will prolly tap out about the 900-950 crank hp mark.
and you can fudge the map sensor numbers if you want to get creative but it's quite a chore to do that.
But to say 15psi is your limit id say 600-625 crank hp. If you consider the 4.8 makes 300hp with the cam and your doubleing the atmosphere 600 is a decent estimate.
Before wasting all the time and such to do all that why not just get the holley and be done.

Definitely what I would have done if it were up to me but I bought the truck with this setup (minus the rear gears I’m swapping for 3.90s) and I figured I’d be content this season with just cruising it around at 15psi. I think winter will be the time it gets the Holley/Built 80E.

my butt dyno was guessing around low to mid 500s on the current 10 psi so I’m happy to hear this. Hopefully 15 cracks 600. Plenty of fun for a RCSB step side that has A/C and heat…. At least for this year lol.
