Is your balancer pinned? My guess would be ~10psi.

i got 6.0 forged with full exhaust kenne bell -3.5 pulley and get 7-8 pounds when i had my 5.3 stock i got 10 pounds with that pulley i just ordered a 3 inch today from kb looking for 10-12 they say 12-14 but the headers and exhaust make you loose some boost. i do have a gt3 cam fully ported heads -13 diamond pistons and callies rods. arp head studs and a pinned crank. but i need more boost its addictive. i blew up 2 stock botom ends with this blower it makes major tq my last dyno 8 pounds and exhaust 491tq no more stock junk for me. one more thing where do you have you boost gauge hooked up. i broke a tab on the passenger side of the intake it gives you a very good reading some guys put them on the end of the kb that wont give you a good reading.
