How close is your turbine housing to your oil fill tube?

my blanket rest right on the oil fill cap, no problems

I had a turbo blanket but I picked up a tbss oil fill tube and it is a little bit of a different angle. It was worth the 20 bucks when filling it with oil.

What they said. i am also using a kbracing manifold with a gt45 and thats what i'm doing.

This is me too. The cap and till tube both rest on my blanket and it hasn't melted at all. You'll be fine if you run a blanket.

You can change the valve cover with the oil cap to the driver side, the oil cap will be on the rear but with a funnel it is fine to put the oil. I have it that way because of a side mount whipple SC installed on my truck.

Trick manifold with breather on top of fill tube. Fill tube rubs the blanket, works just fine.
