Default Help map sensor will not read above 50kpa

I have a 99 jeep tj with a supercharger ( I know its not a truck but alot of smart guys here) i cant figure out why the map sensor will not read above 50 kpa its an srt 4 2 bar map. Tuner does not believe its a bad map or tuning issue. Im stumped on what to try next. Thanks for any ideas.

I applied compressed air the map while recording and the voltage would not go above 2.08 volts any ideas on what could be happening.
Key on engine off
5.1 volts at the senor and pcm
1.67 v signal at the sensor and pcm
ground .444

I just picked one up and plan on trying it In the morning. We had some freezing rain today and had no interest in working on the beast in it.

I've tested things like that before by finding a 5 volt reference source and making a jumper from there to the signal wire in question. And datalog to make sure the PCM is seeing the 5V input.

Thanks for helping guys looks like the 3rd map was the charm. Im glad its running but im pissed that the $80 mopor map from the dealership did not work nor did the map from the supercharger kit. $27 OReily's map works great!

Yep! just sucks I wasted a month trying everything I could think of since I figured it definitely was not the map after I tried 2 of them. Glad that it's figured out now I want to wrap this project up and get back to work on my truck.
