Default HELP Intercooler Gash

Hey Guys! Let my father in law borrow my truck last week. He says he wants it for two days, but asks to give it back after the first, hmmm? Well, he loves my truck and always asks to use it and finally gets the opportunity to, but doesn't So he lets it sit for three days until he gets a chance to return it. I get it back and finally drove it a few days ago. Lo and behold, something doesn't feel right. Vacuum is there, boost is there, but no wastegate or BOV noise. Loss of power as well?! So I start checking everything. Vacuum check on the wastegate. Check all the turbo / intercooler hoses and clamps. Nothing... Finally take it to my Cuzzos and we spend some time on it and he spots a 3" long gash on the bottom corner of the intercooler. Looks like it happened in reverse, probably coming down a driveway or off of a parking space stop bump. Went back to check my vacuum and its off by about 7-13 notches!
So, I gotta get the intercooler re-welded and pressure tested ASAP. Want to do a Test and tune this Sat before next weeks GTG in Sac. Need to know who can do this locally asap? Any suggestions?

2nd that. Any radiator shop or hit up your local Muffler shop and ask them who does TIG in your area.

If your in the Bay Area, you could hit up Rick @ Synergy. He's in Fremont.
