This has got to be a little restrictive, right?

Default This has got to be a little restrictive, right?

Originally, the ProCharger kit re-used the stock intake tube w/ $#!+ bag on the side. I noticed awhile later online that the kit was including a new intake tube with the kit, so I ordered one. Now with the e-fans installed, this thing is alot more noticably restrictive looking to me, as recently pointed out by quicksilverado and cablebandit (see pics).
So, easiest option would be to get two more 90's like the one I used on the new air intake, and a straight piece of tubing...problem solved.
The question to everyone is this...
What are your opinions of utilizing all of that extra space behind the e-fans to run straight up from the output side of the surge "T" to the TB, making provisions to include the MAF, and using straight meth...eliminating the small ATI ProCharger supplied A2A IC all together with?
Just tossing that around for input...

Can't really compliment on the on what would be better, but if you ditch the tubing from the throttle body to the mass air, I may be interested in it, just let me know.

You got it...

Either way, I will be removing the "ProCharger" tube.

I'll let you know when I have it off.

I highly recommend NOT removing the intercooler. As far as replacing the "procharger" tube I have planned on that myself. I believe if you can route it in a way to shorten the overall distance it may help out some too.

I personally would not remove the intercooler but then again I just spent countless hours fabing up and installing one on my setup so my opinion may be bias..

Well, for now I am going to have a new inlet fabbed up hopefully next Monday. The Nitrile elbows that I had originally planned on using won't hold up on boost side, so...it will be a one piece metal tube design with a coupler on the TB and one on the MAF...tube will be reduced on MAF end to eliminate the reducer and another coupler.
I will not be removing the IC. I will be moving the AquaMist jet back from the TB a little based on the opinions of several qualified individuals. I will post pics of the new set-up as soon as I can. I thought that it was going to be fabbed this weekend, but the guy was too busy w/ prior commitments...
Another idea for you guys to voice your opinion on...
The guy that is fabbing my new inlet, among other things, works w/ the now famous turbocharged Garmon Diesel drag truck(if you're not familar w/ it, do an online search...makes crazy numbers). He told me that they had awesome success w/ pre-IC nitrous injection to cool charged air.

Thoughts?

I think I'd spray N2O directly at the TB as a wet shot or not at all. I had mine about 6-8 inches in front of the TB.
