ok i have a bagged 97 extended cab chevy truck it has the lt1 in it with high miles smokes when it starts well recently i have had the chance to get a complete 4.8 ls plus tranny and computer and wiring harness now i was already contemplating doing a lq4 install but i got all of the above for really cheap my delima is do i do the 4.8 and twin turbo it being a bagged truck it has a really beefy 4 link in the back with an extra link so a 5 link i want to do something out of the ordinary instead of like most doing a 5.3 or 6.0 swap im looking for somewhere around 700 plus hp its not a daily driver and wont see a track more then likely i have plans for a straight show and go truck i guess my question is is the 4.8 worth building for a twin turbo setup ive read the articles but im wanting real comments from people that wont write something just to write it
