Finally got my Radix installed.
For those considering this kit I gotta say it is absolutely complete and
a very straight foward install. Took 6 hrs in shop with a hoist. You wouldn't need a hoist except to do the fuel pump [that only took 45 min to do]
Only thing I didn't do is the boost gauge, I'll do that tomorrow.
Flashed up first time, no leaks or codes. I was also able to use my K/N open element air box with the Radix inlet tube, minor mods reguired
Took it for a drive with a scanner to check stuff,
no knock, timing at 16 deg wot, 30+ deg cruising. o2's around 850 so I'd say all is well.
Didn't beat on too hard yet but I will soon, shift kit and vette servo going in as soon as I have time.
I must say the tune that comes with it must have some tm pulled as the 1-2 shift is a lot better.
Anyway, gotta go for a drive.

thanx guys
i was driving and bud was watching scanner, so not sure exactly what rpm range the 02's were at, but it was wot.
what should it be?
it will be a while before i get a wide band so o2's and reading plugs is all i can watch for afr.
man this thing makes some awesome sounds too...

you want o2 readings in the 920-930 range at WOT. thats safe . I wouldnt get on it hard with readings in the 850 range. but these are guide lines for my setup but i think they should be about the same for your maggie, BTW congrats on getting blown!

YES ,920-930 at W.O.T .i have a mail order tune ( NELSON). Allen has really worked with me to get me dialed in. I just relay my fuel and timing values along with some others to him and He's done a great job of getting my truck Running sweet. I would also love to get it on the dyno this summer and see what kinda smoke its puttin out.

Glad to see that you are happy with the kit, and you had no problems with the install. I ordered one a couple weeks ago and it should be here next Tuesday. So next weekend if everything goes right I will have my Radix in and be blown as well..lol
