ehhh any cam is better than stock... Im sure it would be decent but most are going with single duration cams, 218/218 for turbos.

What is it going in?? There are much better choices out there for a turbo cam. Might be ok in a 6.0 with a TVS but I would sell it and go with something much smaller, no split for a snail.

Might be a little bigger than I'd fool with on a 5.3L. I think it would play real nicely on a 6.0L with positive mani pressure.

This cam would want to pull real high in a 5.3, so I hope you plan on getting a turbo that can move some air, otherwise this cam would be a waste, imo.

81mm turbo on a 5.3, wanting to build boost around 37-3800rpm and would like to pull a little higher than 7k

The type of cam needed varies per setup, its more to do with the valve events, ICL etc.
You can pretty much use any cam with turbo apps though, within reason.

I have seen both single pattern and split patterns both work well with turbo apps.

454navyss Yeah that cam is a little too big.
I think it would work ok on a Forged LS1 with procharger setup though as you could rev the **** out of it then lol.
Would be ok on a 6.0 also, but there are better cams like everyone stated.

I think with a 5.3 and one of our sponsor's front mount kits with the mp70 or mp76 an isky 212/212 112lsa cam is a good compromise cam with lope and they work well with boost (or a cam around that range).
