Default going for more boost?

I am currently at 8psi and clearly fueling enough for more boost, as my wideband pegs 10to1 even at full boost, I wont be doing anything else to the truck scince I just bought a 73 nova and am currently tearing it down to set it up for autocross, I was thinking about just throwing a different spring and jumping up to 13 or 14 psi anybody have and suggestions, not for sure on where my timing lays either,
thanks guys!

No, you need to know what timing you are running first. Also just because you are that rich at 8psi it does not mean that you are fueling for 13-14. What is the highest octane fuel where you live? 91 or 93? 13-14psi is going to require conservative timing if you are just running pump gas.

93 and ill see if nelson still has my file and check the timing, I appreciate your input, I was afraid of the timing, but I sometimes just get "go for it" in my head,
