Looking at his logs, when he goes WOT (foot to floor, his trans table says 94% enable) his log says 100% and never deviates. I agree with you on the 99%, most will say 99%, or I should most logs I have looked at that seems to be the case. Mine says 100% most of the time, but I accept that 99 will show sometimes.
Please don't think I am criticizing this analysis. This is a great topic and I was just giving my input. You are adding a great deal of value here,...don't stop and "don't shut the hell up"!!!
Now, the 90's are a parabolic design which does have some air bypass correct? does the ~7% TP make up the difference or is there really an issue here?
Keep the thread alive!

I've got to agree as well. The Magnuson tune makes a great baseline. I've also got to give a nod to Zippy's thoughts on the IAT timing tuning. Zippy and I discussed several issues at the end of summer 05 and that was one of them. That contributed greatly to my H2 getting down track as well as it did.

I would love to open a new discussion on this...someone wanna open it up in the tuning section?

I did some work with the 90mm part throttle tuning Wednsday night and ran into the same issue. With just the simple swap the shift points at part throttle were way off. I'll be fixing Holty's this weekend. I tested it though on a Silverado SS that we put an LS2 intake and 90mm throttle body on.
