I have read somewhere that the housings will crack when exposed rapidly to large amounts of water.

You may have read wrong. Do you have any examples to show?

stands to reason that if its wet, you wont be boosting and the turbos will not be that hot. Out of the years that I have been doing this I have never even heard of that happening. Not saying it hasnt, but just never heard that.

Hey guys as promised here is a picture of our production twin turbocharger kit for the GM Truck Range. We wont release any pricing here until sponsorship is confirmed, but its a nice looking piece of equipment for those that are interested -

As you can see all the pipework is high strength lightweight aluminium with rolled ends to ensure hoses never blow off. Our silicone is durable multi layer material with four levels of fabric for maximum strength. Notice the billet blow off valves?
Will get you guys some numbers in the next couple of days

Not bad. I still don't see how this kit will work with the 4wd's though? The placement sure looked like it would be in the way of the transfer case and front drive shaft.

Where are the air filters located? Are they on the front of the turbos, or do you pipe the up into the engine bay?

I'd like to see some install pics. Like how you routed the charge pipes.

I will have completed install shots for you guys today
The air filters are routed, using high strength and water tight hose up into the engine bay
