what size injectors is need for a ls1 when looking to make 600+ whp my plan is -10 an lines from tank to motor bay and a a1000 fuel pump then ying off to -6an after my afpr to my rails

I would count on getting 60's. I think the -10 is overkill. You could go -8 feed and -6 return and be good. You can used your stock feed line as the return. I don't think the a1000 pumps are very reliable. I dont have first hand knowledge of this but seems like most guys steer clear of it. Might want to look at the bosch. I am running walbro 255 intank... but am nowhere near your power level. You know to take the feed line from the pump to the rails then regulator then back to tank? Hope this helps.

600hp on e-85 get ya some 92# injectors...... 800-1000 hp would need some 160's on e-85.........600 hp on pump gas 60#'s.......800-1000 pump gas 92#'s
If you go e-85 everything should be aroud 30-40% bigger including fuel lines
