GM switched the order of the wires in the plug around a few times over the years.

So has anyone with a 04 or new, actually have a racetronix hot wire kit work? Or is it only going to work on 03 and older?

I've never ran it but it should work if you switch some wires around in the plug so that they match. Shouldn't be too hard to figure out. There are 2 wires for the fuel level sender and then a positive and negative for the pump.

Looks like I'll be doing that soon. I'll post up what I find, so if ppl with 04 and newer order it, they know what to switch to make it work. Unless it's just my kit that I bought that's back wards

Eh I know in between 04-06 they switched it around twice so depends what you have. Ill see if I can dig up the 2 wiring schematics. I had them saved somewhere.

I've been wanting to do the same thing. I have 1 walbro with factory wires. And I bought the hot wire kit, but it hasn't worked yet. Hopefully I can figure it out and get it working. Then it looks like I might get one of those aeromotive pumps to drop in. See where that gets me.

My buddy had a 01 TA and he rolled his car. He gave me his hot wire kit, to try out. But the connectors are completely different.
