I am interested in the info on the stock fuel lines as well.

As for the injectors.... you would need 102lb/hr injectors for 1260 chp assuming a max of 80% DC, 58psi fuel pressure and a .60 BSFC.

60lb injectors will support near 900 but will be close to static with the same fuel pressure and bsfc.

you 03- guys have a pretty strong fuel system. id say the lines are good for about 700 hp. i think erik is running his stock lines with dual intank walbro 255 lph.

however i know my set up was weak from the factroy, i had a single intank walbro with a magnavolt and still was loosing alot of fuel press going wide open.

i have since switched to a dual intank set up ( walbro 255lph) with a -8 feed line y'ed into the two fuel rails with a magnafuel boost referenced regulator. i see 58 psi at idle and i have gotten to about 66-68 psi with 6-7 psi of boost. i then have a -6 return line from the regulator back to the tank.

only downside is i have to run at least 1/4-1/3 tank of gas when i run. but i think my fuel system will support 1k hp easily.

You can go with 60lb injectors and bump the fuel pressure up to about 85lbs of pressure.Walbro pumps don't like these pressures but some Bosch and Magnafuel pumps can provide the proper volume of fuel needed at over 100psi of pressure. You will need an aftermarket pressure regulator and a return line.

If you were to run low impedence injectors, 96lb injectors would support as much as your headgaskets. You can run dual walbro's with big injectors, or a high pressure pump like mentioned above with high impedence 60's. You would have room to grow using larger injectors and keeping the fuel pressure down. I thought about using an aluminum fuel tank (pm for link) and adding a bung in the rear and inline Magnafuel pump.

Here is a run down of my setup:

- 96lb injectors
- 2 Bosch 410 pumps
- -10 feed
- -8 return
- 15 gallon fuel cell
so far I haven't even begun to push the system..

so best bet would be twin walboros and 96# injectors. now are these the same style as SVO/LS1 injectors? any disadvantage to using these? what price range and any specific brand to look for? sorry for questions but again this is going to be all new for me in hte boost world especially for a TT 408

Here's mine:

-96 lb low z injectors (delphis)
-Acceleronics Versafueler injector driver
-twin walbro gss 340 in tank pumps - yeah cavitation is a bitch un 1/4 tank.
-stock lines to the firewall
-6 AN lines to the rails (edelbrock)
-aeromotive boost ref'd fpr
