Default Fuel system for procharged 5.3?

Hi guys I bought a p1 procharger kit and was wondering what the best fuel system would be. Only looking to run around 8lbs of boost. I already have a set of 42lb injectors wondering if I could run a boost a pump on the stock pump or get an aftermarket pump?

If you're going to stay at 8#'s on a 5.3, then you could get away with those injectors, and a walbro fuel pump. If you plan to go with more boost, or a bigger motor, you'll have to go bigger on the injectors and fuel pump.

You should check out the Aeromotive 340 pump and the Racetronix Hot Wire kit. Both items are very affordable and will provide you with a stout fuel system.

The walbro 255 will be plenty unless. The 255 actually do pretty good I've seen people with upwards of 550-600 whp with them

Just looking to run 8lbs on the 5.3. So i just need a good aftermarket fuel pump and no boost a pump. Thanks for all the help guys. Also does anyone have a summit racing part # for either one of those fuel pumps. I got a $20 gift card from there.

I was planning on running the one that was included in the kit. Although the guy bought it from said the aux inline pump is kinda noisy. I'm going to run 42lb injectors as well. If I run into problems I'll run a different in tank pump.

Of the 3 listed, which one is the right one for our trucks?
