What are you doing with the 6.0??? Boost, bolt-ons, nitrous??? You do not have to go in the tank, you could go on the rail also..

There is a Magnacharger Walbro kit that is made for the silverado for about $140... i have a walbro 255 intank (magnacharger kit.) The only modification i had to make was to the factory wiring... and the kit even comes with new ends to crimp on. Only took about 2 hours start to finish... that's pulling the bed, fuel pump install and rebolting the bed! My walbro does have a little more whine than the stock pump. Goodluck!

Running the same kit in my '05. Piece of cake to install and has worked like a charm for the last 50k miles. Doh! I probably just jinx myself.

how much HP can an in tank walbro 255 handle?

do you guys know if I could put a walbro 255 on the frame rail to assist stock pump and support 500 RWHP? or will a single walbro 255 in the tank support the power

From my research I head the single walbro in the tank would support that.
