Default Fuel injectors and pump info....

Alright well almost done gathering all the parts to do my turbo but lack a few things like my injectors. Does anyone know what replacement injectors i can use in my 2009 5.3 flex fuel. Looking for at least 42lb injectors or bigger cuz i plan on installing a forged 370 or 408 later on. Also continuing on the fuel system will my factory fuel pump be alright to support 6-8 lbs for now? Im planning on installing a walbro fuel pump later but need some info on that too like which one to use cuz idk if they make one that directly replaces mine. Thanks

I would definately say you need to upgrade to a 255lph pump now. Also, don't waist your time with the 42lb. injectors if you plan on adding power later. Go straight for the 60's and be done with it.

Depending on hard you push it in the future with a 370 or especially a 408 you'll need much more fuel system.....twin intanks or the like and possibly bigger than 60lb. injectors. Meth can help you go a long way with the 60's though, like 700+rwhp pretty safe.

alright cool thanks bro it looks like just get the pumps in there some how route them and im good looks pretty easy......one last question im looking at some injectors im gessing my injectors have the USCAR connectors by looking at them and comparing them to others...my question is can use the same injectors that are for the 2010 camaros l76,l92,ls3? Im looking at the ones TSP offers these ones specificly

Name:
F.A.S.T. 65 lb. Fuel Injectors, For L76, L92, LS7
Item#:
111-30657-8
Price/ea.
$419.99

FAST™ Precision-Flow™ Fuel Injectors for GM Gen IV engines are the highest flowing injectors available and are uniquely designed for direct installation into LS2 and LS7/L76/L92- style engines. Available in two different height configurations and a wide range of flow rates, the new Precision-Flow™ Fuel Injectors are correctly sized (shorter than the common LS1/LS6 injectors) and feature the correct USCAR connector, enabling hassle-free plug-in operation. In addition, the high-impedance, high-flow FAST™ injectors meet/exceed all factory durability standards and quality tolerances.

Prior to the arrival of Precision-Flow™ Fuel Injectors for GM Gen IV engines, performance engine builders were required to retro-fit high-flow Gen III (LS1/LS6) injectors which required a wiring harness adapter to fire the injectors. Most importantly, due to the fact that LS2 and LS7 engines feature shorter fuel injectors than other LS engines, when performance injectors were required engine builders would have to modify the fuel rail placement to fit the Gen III (LS1/LS6) style injectors. The new FAST™ Precision-Flow™ Injectors for GM Gen IV engines are simple drop-in components offered in fuel rates up to 57 lb/hr* (LS2–type) & 65 lb/hr* (LS7/L76/L92-type), the highest rate currently available for GM Gen IV engines.
