Default Forged pistons necessary?

I want to procharge my 6.0, but it doesn't have forged pistons... are they a must? Or can I push those pistons?

Get the tune right and you'll be fine.

As a profession? Or because of the convenience?

Its more convenient for me and I am pretty picky. I wouldn't call it a profession per se, but I handle most of the late model GM stuff in my area..

You ever considered doing it across state lines?

As already mentioned, you can use the stock pistons. The stock pistons actually do pretty well as long as the tune is correct. What are your goals? How much power are you shooting for?

No, as I like to do it in person and that would be an inconvenience for either one or both of us. Nelson, Blackbear and others offer mail order tuning. If that isn't what you're looking for, I can recommend a tuner in your area...but site sponsors need to get the traffic first.
