WHERE DID YOU GET THAT KIT/DID YOU MAKE IT?

Yes.... completely home made with the exception of the airbox (a modified K&N FIPK surround) It's made with 4" aluminum exhaust tubing, & rubber elbos. After rough fitting everything I had the aluminum piping chrome plated. It's been in there for about a year and I have had no problems with it. I dont remember the supplier for the rubber elbos or the aluminum piping but I know Turbo Hoses carries the 4" to 3.75" reducer to connect the pipe to the blower. I just got the ol' tape measure out and started measuring and then bought about 8' of 4" pipe, a few 90 deg elbos, a couple 45 degree elbos, the reducer, some hose clamps and a filter. Then started cutting and fitting it altogether, had to modify the reducer and a couple of the elbos near the blower to get everything to fit properly in the limited space and hook up the bypass hose and oil vent hose like the stock kit. All in all it was pretty easy, about $150 in parts and another $100 or so to chrome it. A little pricey and I don't know if it did anything for IAT's but, my concern was the bypass and intake noise and it took care of that really well....

Here is a couple more pics (rough stage)

I'm thinking some of these guys are posting IAT's from before the blower, not after. I've never seen one stay around 100 degrees on the boost side if the ambient temps are 100 also. If it's 100 degrees outside and the truck is fully warmed and heat soaked I'll see 150-160 degrees on the IAT's after the blower by the end of the run.

Where can I get this intercooler? My IAT's can get as high as 199.

Please advise.

At the track in mid 90* temps the highest IAT's I saw was high 140* at the end of a 1/4 run.

With the STS on my 5.3L, 14psi, and big FMIC on 72deg temps I would see a max of 107deg IATs after a full WOT frun from 15mph-95mph.
