I have the 2 core that procharger sent and it's not getting the job done. On a 60 degree day my IAT's were 130+.

Try measuring pre ic temps. That will tell what your ic is doing.
I think a front mount in the grill (if possible) would be a lot better then the norm procharger flat under the truck.
