ok after years of searching for a really low price 6.0 i received a text message a few days ago from a random stranger saying they had one and if i wanted it they would sell, well now alot of you might be saying wtf and you are right i was saying the same thing.. so after a few texts and pics i ask how much and he said 200 bucks for an 04 lq4 with 250k i said sold and i will get it. well yesterday i got the motor and now im planning a nice build for my cc, well as of now im thinking of doing a 370 build forged rods and pistons and stock crank with some p&p 243s i have collecting dust. what i need to know is gasket and a piston i should go with to achieve at least 9:5.1 to 10.5.1 mainly because i will run the motor n/a for a while.. my cam will be order in a few weeks thanks to (stock48)

oh yea want to thanks skipperdaddy, carbongmc for letting borrow some tools lol

Go with 9.5 if you're planning FI down the road.
I ran 9.5cr for couple of months until I installed my turbo kit and didn't notice any big difference NA. I'm using 317 heads with 348ci built short block (forged pistons and rods).
I am pushing18psi on pump gas without issues.
Why don't you go with 317 heads then set you pistons for 9.5CR. Get some ARP head studs.
