Default FI set up

OK. I am going to be adding a Radix to my set up and was thinking of swaping heads while at it.
How much would a set of worked 6.0L heads lower compression? Current CR is 9.9:1. I would like to keep CR at 9.5:1 for bottom end torque, right? Would this be a good move?
Where would i look for a worked set? Thanks!

Check the for sale section on some used ones and send them to ------> West Coast Cylinder Heads.

IMO dont let your compression drop much if at all.

I'd prefer to keep it @ 10:1.
What about patriots 5.3 Stage III heads?

Im still trying to figure out how much heads are worth on FI. Back in my Mustang days it was a waste of money to get crazy ported heads because they were not as helpful as when N/A. Im bettign with just the Radix and a good cam you will make some screamin power. Similar to what Blown Chevy and MoreGrip is doing. I think you could hit close to 500rwhp if you went all out

I was thinking that heads that flow real well might offer less resistance/less heat, does that make sense?
500+/- would be great if still managable, let's call that my goal...how do I get there and yet stay reliable?

edit: I need spell checker!

That's what I'm recommending to him as well.

First and foremost Bill, order that Radix and let's install it and see if it will temporarily satisfy your need for speed.

That's what I'm understanding too. Since the manifold is under pressure, having a heavily modified intake port doesn't make as much difference as N/A. Seems that well flowing exhaust ports would make a good bit of diff though.

Yeah, I'm sure i'll be happy for a week or 2

I'm open to suggestion though on what parts will/ wont help make reliable power for my setup.
