Default Fast 90/90 combo anyone?

Just wondering if anyone is using a Fast 90/90 combo on their truck and if so, what problems if any did you run into?

Youve gotta change a few things for that intake to work. Water pump, injectors, fan shroud, intake tubing. The Nick Williams 90mm TB is a better unit.

The FAST 90 has had a lot of problems, especially with the throttle arm slipping on the shaft. the N.W. 90mm tb is the way to go. Speartech had a bracket to move the truck tensioner, to allow F-body intakes on the truck.

Another option might be the SSR intake with the LS2, I believe that they have a 90mm tb opening.

my throttle body is actually attatched to the whipple and NOT attatched to the intake manifold. There's probably zero benefit to a larger TB in my setup but I'll be the intake manifold would help. I'm thinking, the whipple can only push so much air anyway, and i've maxed it out. Is allowing more air into it gonna make things better? someone educate me. i'm a simple man.

Cool

Check out some posts by BlownChevy. He did a 90mm and supposedly got 52 hp on his Radix as posted today in this thread Throttle Body .

The fast intake would be a waste of money unless you start making huge hp numbers. An Ls6 intake would be a good option and cost alot less. Only problem is you would have to get an outlet fabbed up for the Whipple since the cars intake inlet sits a good bit lower than the trucks.
