fabricators/welders need some ideas/help

You can weld 1 3/4" nipple on the intake pipe, and find a radiator hose that has a 45 degree bend in it that is long enough to stretch between the bov and nipple. That would cheaper and easier than fabricating a piece of aluminum pipe.

It seems like the cause of the problem is excessive crank case pressure causing a oil return problem. Have you tested to see if that is the case?
