What is
"turion upgrade".
----
A customer might have a set of ls6 springs retainers keepers on the cheap.
Less then 5k miles on them.

The weak point of the stock rocker arms are the trunnions. When they let go, they spill a **** load of needle bearings into the engine. Once the trunnions have been upgraded, the stock rocker arms are pretty damn strong.

Haha. I've built plenty. Owned a few. But never had the time to play.

Now it's time to expand,
Shop and knowledge.

I've always been able to help customers.
But I want to take it to the next level.
Plus. Lately more and more people are getting into boost with turbos. And I want them using my kits.

So be prepared for some off the wall questions.

Yes springs are definitely a good idea. Idk if you would want to mess with deposits but you could also rent out valve spring swap tools and the tap for the drain pan. They are small enough to stick in with the turbo kits so shipping to the customers would be practically free.

Hardened pushrods is a good idea when spinning the motor higher than 6400 rpm. I believe the tooley rods are the cheapest now@ $90. Also a stock 4.8 with a lot of miles most likely has a very loose timing chain. The ls2 chain is a cheap upgrade.

put a newer timing gear on there too. don't do like me and upgrade the chain just to have the gear break 50,000 miles later.
