Someone should post a sound clip for a magnaflow 4" as comparison to the Dynomax 4"

Sorry for the delay man. But here is a vid of the brand new muffler. It sounded amazing. It was so damn quite. I will try and get a vid of the truck now. Ugh watching that vid makes me sad. Not sure why it is so loud now after only 5000 miles or so

There is quite a difference between the mufflers - Dynomax deep tone more raspier, Magnaflow deep tone less rasp. Depends on your liking. I think the Dynomax is way louder based on the video.

mine is 3" to under truck and then 4" back to a 4"dynomax bullet with a mandrel 4" to split with 3" tailpipes and 4" stainless rolled tips.... i wish it was quiet like Oakley's truck above. its a lilbit louder than id like it to be...

My magnaflow also got a lot louder after a certain amount of miles. I added a viberant resonator and it barely quieted it down. I mean it sounds nasty now but I don't want nasty all day every day. I have the 28 or 30 3 inch in and out. On the outlet it enlarges to 4 inch for the over axle and tail pipe.

My Flowmaster 50 series idle. 4" all the way. I'm looking for something else, way too droney at 2,500-3000 rpm which happens to be my normal acceleration range. Gets old.

That Sounds good - are you happy with the setup - didn't see a cat in the vid - that would make it louder as well.
