Exhaust Manifold Sizing
#1
For anyone with a log style manifold, what is the diameter of the piping connected to the exahust manifold flange? Also, what is the diameter of the log portion of the manifold?

I am doing a twin kit, and used 1.5" to the flange. Sch10 is very close ID to 1.625. I also used 2.5 sch 10 for the log. I think that is pretty close to the area for a T4 flange. I know guys have used 2" for a log, but I went with 2.5.

I appreciate the help. I was planning to use the long radius ones so it's good to know I was on the right track.
I simply cannot bring myself to pay about $1.5-1.8k for such a simple exhaust setup so I figure I might as well make it myself in order to accomodate the components I want.

George mentions important things. You will have to get the flange machined when you are done too. I am way over what I thought I would be. I needed something different as I am not running an alternator up top, and I need it to miss my steering shaft. I am doing this in a 72 Chevelle.
