where are you guys puting the egt sensors on the sts setups? I was thinking right behind the turbo! Is that right? What kind of temp's are you seeing? what is concidered lean and rich? I think it depends on location right?

I have a bung welded just before the cat on one side.

Runs between 850 and 1300 depending on the load.

EGT sensor, should be as close to the motor as possible. This is so you can get an accurate read as to what the motor is doing. The further down stream you put the sensor, the more variables you add like cats, mufflers, and turbo to loose heat from.

I placed mine about 6 inches down from the collector. Without the STS kit I am getting between 1000 to 1300 depending on the load. With my STS kit I was getting 1300 to 1600.
