You know what they say. The bigger the shoes, the bigger the turbo. Or is it the other way around?

haha yes, i knew i would get this response because i could probably have given it myself but you cant help a guy who has dreams.... vanillagorilla...the truck in your sig has quite the list of mods but why are you still hanging in the 14's? is it because you dont have a stall and the size of your cam along with the turbo make your engine only usable in the high rpms or what? i hope with my truck if i spent that much money and time i'd at least break the 13's

Things don't happen over night. Plus I think vanillagorilla, has a set-up that is a bit different than anyones elses.

Cuz it "only a 4.8"

PS mines a 4.8 4x4 and it runs in the 13's.

I think its the driver

yea i never said it was just a 4.8...ive seen plenty of 4.8's run good numbers i was jsut wondering with quite a cam and his turbo, caltracs and 4.56...maybe its the gears..or it could actually be the custom paint...
