Only if you point them up. They won't fit pointed down on either side if you keep stock AC and PS.

i didnt know it was possible to flip the manifold and point it down? i was hoping you would chime in. so if i flip the drivers manifold around theres room to bolt a turbo in? or will i need to add some pipe? my plan was to use 2 drivers side manifolds. on drivers it will be flipped up, and on the passenger side it would be flippd pointing down so i can run the hot pipes below the crank pulley. it's a s10 so room is tight unless i end up removing the fender wells which id rather not do. it's seeming like i may stick to the nitrous world! nitrous is easy lol

If you swap sides with them pointing down it would be what Kyle mentioned can not happen.
