On your controller when you set it up you want to run a lower duty cycle and spring pressure or gate pressure than what your actually running in your WG. It's on pages 15-16 in your manual.

Example: I'm running 7lb spring in my WG, but on my controller I have the spring pressure or gate pressure setup at 3.7lbs. Now on my duty cycle I have it setup at 39%, which gives me a steady 9lbs of boost.

Your going to want your gate pressure to be 3-4lbs lower than what size spring you're actually running in your WG. Then start off with a duty cycle of around 25-35%.... Do some pulls and see what your controller is reading, then adjust accordingly from there

I have a 7psi spring in the 45mm hyper gates. At the time of my last pull we unhooked the solenoid and the boost gauge recorded 8.9 I barely saw it that high most of time was lower. Only hit it when the tires poped off spinning. But before hand I had my set point at 0 gate pressure at 2.5 and sensitivity at the stock 20 which is what they say to leave it at until boost pressure is dialed.

Set the duty cycle for 10% and try it again.... There's no reason why the boost should climb that high(15lbs). Your controller also has 6 programable set points, so make sure you have it on the correct one? I just read the whole manual and that's a really nice controller! The tru boost I run only has 2 programable settings, A and B... And when I first hooked it up I couldn't figure out why my WG was opening at 6-7lbs, but it was because after I set everything, I didn't switch my gauge on to the set point I just programmed... So it was just running off spring pressure for the longest... Or could always be a bad controller/solenoid I guess?

As for the WG's, you're going to have to order the 5lb springs for them if you wanna see less boost for the time being. The hyper45's You have came with the 7lb springs (I'm assuming), and there is no way to see less boost than that... I would order the 5lb springs and run those. Then when you get the controller figured out, you can adjust the boost up. That's why I run smaller springs in my Tial44, because you can't get boost below spring pressure, and it's usually going to fluctuate a lb or so above it, but you can run as much as you want with a controller (above spring pressure)

Ok by duty cycle you mean the set point value on the controller and I don't wanna go lower then the waste gate I just want it to stay at 7psi for now but even with the boost controller un hooked and it running only off the spring it still is hitting 8.5to 9 but that is when the tires break loose

Yes the set point value. As for the spring your running, it's not going to stay at a constant 7 especially when the rpms shoot up really fast (tires breaking loose)... I'm pretty sure what your experiencing is called boost creep. To avoid this you would have to run a little smaller spring. Also I would run two solenoids for your setup, one for each turbo and WG.

I went through your build thread, that's a badass truck! Super nice work, and the exhaust is awesome! Lol

Thank you. And yea exhaust is alittle different. Just wanted to change it up. And I ordered a 3 and 5 psi spring. And should have my map sensor tomorrow.
