Does the boost climb without using the eBoost2? You might need to run a stronger spring in the gate. If the backpressure is opening the gate, it will continue to open the gate even when you turn the boost up on the eBoost2.

Use "Two port, single solenoid, twin turbo connection Method" if you have the single solenoid and you are having backpressure issues. If you have a 4 port and want to use it, use, "Two port, single 4 port solenoid, twin turbo connection Method"

I'm not trying to turn the boost controller up yet I want it to run the spring pressure for now while we set the tune up but it climbs and by 5k it's at like 15 psi which is no good.

What is the boost at before it starts to climb? What is the lowest setting that you want to run for boost? When you have a weaker spring in the gate, exhaust pressure can push the gate opened. If I run my truck with a 10 lb spring, it will stay pretty steady. If I jump down to a 5 lb spring the pressure will push the gate open to where I have seen 18 lbs. Running a boost line to the top of the diaphragm should help it like it is shown in the diagram.

Does the truck hold steady boost with no Boost controller at all? It if doesn't then there is no way a boost controller can fix that, you have a WG issue.

As far as Gadgetized issue with a light spring, I don't see how that can happen... If back pressure is pushing the WG open, then it CAN'T make boost because it letting all the exhaust pressure bypass the turbo...

Hmm. I'm not sure what us happening then. I have my Eboost2 bypassed right now and if i put a light spring in it, my boost will climb right up. If I put a heavy spring in it, it will hold steady.

I would use a low pressure spring in each WG... Maybe a 4 or 5lb spring, maybe less. You shouldn't have a problem... The WG are plenty big enough... And once you get the boost controller dialed in you can turn up the boost to where you want it.

I would try using the springs only first. Make sure they hold it at 4 or 6 psi.

Ran it at just the spring pushes to 8.9 was the highest the gauge recorded. Mike at new Era thinks the boost gauge might be not readying correct because at that boost he's saying my fuel system is out of room which he says he's never seen before usually have no problems. So either the gauge is readying wrong or he said I made one of the most efficient kits possible. And at the boost it's alrdy making to much power. So ordered a lt4 secondary map sensor and will have it Friday morning. So I'm still lost on the boost controller. And when I test the solenoid and put air to it it flows right through it like it should

What psi boost was the gauge reading the whole time?.... When it recorded the 8.9 as the highest seen number?

I ask because I have my tru boost set for 9psi, and it will stay at that the whole time I'm flooring it, but when I check to see what my high is it'll always read 10.1 or 10.6 somewhere in there. The controller will record the highest point of boost (the spike) even if you never see it in the gauge.

And what size springs are you running in the WG's?
