Im not sure if the heatexchanger is the same as the magnuson one, but here is how I did it

I did the same thing, with the 40K cooler right behind the heat exchanger. I used the larger CTS-V h/e, which required a lot of grill trimming and bracket fabbing.

Thanks! That helps. Is the tranny cooler upside down tho? I thought those were supposed to be fed from the top? maybe that's only if you use the t-stat?

im pretty sure it doesnt matter but its easier to install if it points down

That tranny fluid is under about 30psi, so it doesn't care which way the cooler is mounted.

Rule of thumb is feed it from the top. Gravity always wins.

I noticed that...demand has actually dropped since there are so many bought them lol. Be a hell of an investment for the long term though, when a year from now there's no TVS1900s for under $5k again...
It's a lot of fun as a daily driver, instant torque whenever you want it. You running the 5.3 as well?
