If your gonna run a mix, 25% is easiest for me anyway. The tank holds 26 gallons on most trucks, so the first time you put the mix in, put in 6.5 gallons of E85 and fill it with 93. That will give you apox 25%. From then on, just run the truck down to there is anout an 3/16-1/8 of a tank left, 4-5 gallons in it and then put in 5 gallons of E85 and 15 gallons of 93. That will keep you around your 25% mix.
If you have a WB gauge installed, you can keep an eye on it and if you seem a little richer then what you tuned for, add a little E85 it lean it out or if your a little on the lean side, add a little gas to fatten it up. That's what I do so I don't have to jack with the tune very much.
