Default Dyno Time

Tomorrow I'm going to the dyno to see what the 5.3, mild cam, and 8lb of boost will do. Do you guys think it will make 450hp and 450tq or do think it will make less.

Wow that some good numbers silver-mod-o. If I made that I would make me very happy. I know Kyle’s 4.8 only 500hp and 502tq if I remember right that was on 12lb. So we will see.

I'm pretty much at sea level too (maybe ~100ft) so I'm sure that helps. LOL... Good luck with it, let us know how you do!!

remember, its more about the curve than the numbers

Well I went to the dyno today and they said I made 432hp and 440tq but all runs I made I don't see on sheets. The guy was telling me to make the run from 2nd gear all way to the top of third but he was letting me go before I hit the top of third gear around 4500 to 5500rpms. Well next time I will pay closer attention to what going on. I was paying too much attention to the a/f.
