Take a look at what all the fbody and other stock manifold setups are making, HP wise.

I'll be comparing pressure at the throttle body vs manifold on both kits next week.

I know they make good numbers and I know its a cheap kit. I've seen a couple guys on you're site say they were thinking about swapping to you're kit from the log manifold. Just didn't know the flipped manifolds were a lot better than a log

I don't think the flipped manifold is better than a log style, what is "better" is the fact that there are two separate exhaust runners that go into the turbo vs one side being routed into the rear of the other.
I'm just assuming, but based on previous setups, that's how I came to my conclusion.
Oh ya, and price is obviously better, along with the stock manifold is one stout piece.

updates soon!

I sure will. I just became a dealer so I'm buying in bulk now.
We'll be using quality header wrap, we'll probably wrap them ourselves too.
IMO, header wrap is better than any coating we've used.

With my setup and my dp wrapped, I can literally touch the dp for a sec and not get burned, tried that on another setup with coating, and it'll burn ya for sure!

The wrap we used stayed on the Avalanche for a couple years when done right, then took the kit off, so it should last.

I got some more parts in, soon I'll be building a few kits.

btw, got the egt and iat sensor module in, now I can test the before and after temps on the a/w intercooler and egt's.

later,
allen

how big of a downpipe do you think will be able to fit in there? i'd love to have a 3.5" if it would fit.

Not on this kit, but we've squeezed a 4" dp before. With this kit, there is more room, so I think I can squeeze a 4.5".
I haven't proven it, but I hear that the first 3-4 feet is critical for a dp, so I wonder if a 5" dp from the turbo, then squeeze down to a 4".
