But, is a didgital gauge really any more accurate? Does it read changes faster?

Yes and yes. A dial guage suffers at minimum from paralax error (i.e. you have to be "straight on" the gauge to see exactly what the gauge is pointing at) and can be jarred during shipping and end up being 1-3psi off. A local shop told me about one that was 5.5psi off. That's a big deal...
Digital is also more granular -- I see 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, etc. On a dial gauge you see 10, 10, 10, 10, ... In my experience (I've had both the digital and a cobalt), the dakota reacts faster to changes in boost than the cobalt did.

Cool. I think I will get the low boost one. I wont ever be over 23psi, I think thats what it reads to. So, do you just plug the sending unit into a vacuum line and wire power to the gauge?

Another option for you. I have been very happy with mine. They sponsor LS1Tech and may give you a discount if you ask. They gave me a nice discount on my LM-1.

You can also do a dimmer to the gauge
