Default Different problem: Intercooler resevoir

Ok, I thought it was the resevoir leaking but it wasn't. BlownChevy sent me a new intercooler resevoir (thank you BC) and I put it in. Still leaking. One of my friends told me it looked like it was coming from the cap. He said there is more than 10 psi pressure in the intercooling system. And the cap is rated for 10 psi so it releases it throught the cap. So we put on a 15 psi cap and same thing. Why would it be pressuring up?

Mine leaked around the mounting holes. The tank is hollow all the way up around the holes. If you have enlarged them at all then it will leak. Anew tank from magnacharger is about $30 shipped. I found out the hard way (like I normally do)

At first I thought it leaked around there at first. But when I put the new resevoir that BlownChevy sent me it still leaked. But the leak is coming from the cap. Inside the cap there is a spring that will open if there is more than 10psi in the system to release some pressure. But even at 15psi it's still opening. I figure it's running more than 25psi through the intercooler system cause when the coolant comes back into the resevoir it comes in with descent pressure.

How full is it? The level doesn't need to be any higher than the incoming hose. I keep mine just below the level of the incoming fluid coming from the inatke manifold.
