Nelson Performance has the Siemens 60#'ers and a truck conversion kit, and New Era Performance has them too for a little cheaper, but I don't think they offer a conversion kit.
The 2.8" pulley is good for about 9 psi on a 6.0L, and I think it's good for 12-13 psi on a 5.3. Don't quote me on that though.

I'm going to be going to Siemens 60#'ers here shortly, have to change the injector connectors on the truck harness to accept LS1-style injectors, but supposedly the Siemens are not too difficult to tune for. They are still high impedance so they will work with the stock PCM.
You're probably looking at $420 to 470 for a set depending on where you buy them, and factor in the cost (about $35) for a conversion kit. Probably money well-spent, especially if you are planning more mods in the future. Might want to do some searching to see how much more your fuel system will support too.
From what I have found researching it, the 60# injectors are good for 800-850 rwhp with FI with a good fuel system.
